Great work and very professional!

I emailed Fencing Rochester NY asking to set up a time to get a quote. They got back to me a week later and gracefully apologized for the delay. They offered to fit me in the next day. I replied saying the proposed time would work and the appointment was confirmed. They did not show up and after following up via phone and email, I got a call back (after the appointment window had passed) saying that they were running late. I was frustrated that they didn’t notify me ahead of time but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I chose to reschedule. They did not show up at all during the second appointment window. I sent a message saying I was no longer available (as I didn’t want them to come late when I was busy) and they said they got confused about the address. Although I haven’t met with anyone from this company, my impression is that they are unprofessional and disorganized.

Installed wooden gate over driveway. Gate warped within months. Attempted to contact multiple times sent many pictures.A few responses with I said I would help you. Months and months later no help or follow through.

Austin repaired my vinyl fence. He answered immediately when I called, came out the very next day to repair my fence and was very professional and kind throughout the entire process. Austin cares about his work and ensures that the customer is taken care of and satisfied. Austin was always willing to go above and beyond when we ran into some issues with the repair. I definitely will be using him again!

The wind storms knocked a neighbors tree down and pulled both the chain link and wooden fences up and out on the corner of our property. I called several companies and this one was the only one willing to do the job.They went the extra mile talking to the insurance company as well when their estimate was way lower than what the job needed.The finished fences look great, and they left the site cleaner than what it was when they came.Sometimes communication prior to starting the job was a little challenging, but they always answered a phone cal or text within the hour if not immediately and were always courteous and friendly.I’m looking forward to working with them again on other projects. They do a lot more than just put up fences.One last note. This is a family run business and I had the opportunity of meeting some of them. Very nice folks. A real pleasure to work with them, and they guarantee and care about their work!

This company really cares about people and it's not all about money! It's about helping others, family, being kind....very professional and courteous and go out of their way to please the customer!!! Definitely recommend using this company!!!!

Its very disappointing that you ordered a sign and have ppl design and make it but never come in to take care of your bill and these ppl do not get paid for their work! Plus you also have a family member that orders and never comes to take care of that bill! I've also spoke to you personally and you said you would take care of the bill and haven't seen or heard from you again! Just poor business practice!
