Arrived at 11. Tried to order hamburgers. Was told not until 11. Told them it was 11. They said not ready.When asked when they would be ready they said they had no idea!!!! Rest assured this McDonald's (on our drive to cottage regularly) will not be getting our business nor any of our 4 adult children's families’ business!!!

Been here during Covid-19.Clean place, friendly staffService is fast. Gets busy sometimes around noon.Drive through, self-order machine, play area for kids (closed during pandemic)Dine-in still open as of today.

Very slow service plus mistakes. No cheese on my double pounder burgers. When went back, I was asked ton proove my purchase and then, I got 2 slices of cheeses in a box. What is that? I should open my burger with my hands insert cheese that is now in a cold sandwich and is not melting and sliding off. Tomatoes...well, I was also lucky to get only, but only the green top of them that we do not eat.One of worst buger. They can do way better than that.

Visited Quèbec from Virginia, me and my friend know a little French but not much. Staff was very very accommodating to an English speaker, and the poutine was magnificent! Also, young, but very respectful staff. They have all been smiling while helping customers, it seems like a nice work environment.

This restaurant has very young staff. They are very polite. Burgers are toasty and crispy. We really like them. The service is fast. We were asked to wait in a reserve parking spot. The order is ready within 5 minutes. Caution: they will not take Ontario coupons.

10 pm on a Friday night they were closed! Usually the drive thru is 24 hrs! I'd like to know why they were closed. There were many others pulling in the lot after me, so alot of customers were surprised that it was closed.

Very busy at this location, maybe this is why my raspberry chill drink wuz not completely full? Not impressed at all. They also forgot the dipping sauces in the kids meals. They screwed up yet again.....no toys in the kids meals!!!

It appears that the ownership is happy with mediocre service since there isn't much competition in the area. Every time it takes 10-20 minutes to receive food. On two occasions where I received the wrong order no one answered the phone or the contact form after many attempts at following up.
