Pest Control Barrie

We called them to assist with a sandfly / biting midge / no-see-um infestation but had a very bad phone interaction. We asked about fumigating our unit (a walkout basement), our car, the backyard since that's where the bugs are coming from.They said nothing can be done with infestations in backyards which I don't believe is true. For example, there are many outdoor only bugs and infestations, so I can't imagine the field of pest control has no way of controlling outdoor infestations.However, even if that's true, they also said there's nothing they can do about the infestation in our unit or our car.They told us all this while admitting they didn't even know the bug! The least they could have done was ask for details and do some research! It's very frustrating to a potential customer when a business seems unwilling to even TRY and be helpful. If they couldn't help us after doing research and trying to find a solution, I would leave a good review. But when clearly a business isn't interested from the beginning, they deserve a bad review.

They are the best in Barrie. Have used them couple of times.
