Your staff needs to understand when you have a double double coffee, it requires to be stirred!And nothing makes me more mad then when your staff doesn't understand what a simple request is, ie no plain timbits and you put in plain ones.No sense in walking back in to correct when your staff doesn't understand the English language!

Such a worst service by this store. I ordered on drive through a grilled cheese melt with lettuce, hash brown, mayo and chipotle and when I got it there was no mayo or chipotle in it. I went back into the store and asked for a remake and the guy told me that he can give me mayo and chipotle on side. I refused that and asked for remake. He make in again and my bad I did not check it and left and when I open it and see this time there was no hash brown in that. It was so frustrating because I could not go back to store this time and had to eat what I got. I would give 0 star if there is option to do so.

This location might be the worst of the ones available on the Hespler side of Cambridge. They made the simply sausage with no cheese on a biscuit wrong twice and when returning with the 3rd one, this time correct, gave a very snarky comment about them all coming with cheese now. I didn't interact in any sort of rude tone, in fact I apologized and said I would have taken the other ones but the person it was for wasn't able to eat egg (the first sandwich) or cheese (the second sandwich).The second time I went to this location I ordered at the kiosks thinking it would be faster than waiting in line and boy I was wrong! The mobile queue and kiosk queue are put together. I had 20 minutes before I had to work, waited 10 and then had to ask the only person filling those orders if she could make my steeped tea because I had to be at work. During that ten minutes I watched the 7 people that had been in line have their orders filled while at the register and realized that was the way to go. This worker was annoyed that I asked if she could make the tea however she did make it which I greatly appreciated!The third time I went to this location (I was really trying to give the benefit of the doubt) nothing was wrong as I had learned to order my drink from the register and not kiosk, and I didn't buy any hot food. I will say that all 3 times there was a really bad smell, like spoiled water or diarrhea. I'm not sure if the mop they are using needs to be clean but it is very off-putting.

New ownership here? Terrible service here and very disorganized behind the counter. Long lineups because of all the confusion. Didn't have Tomato soup, didn't have chicken noodle soup, didn't have broccoli cheddarp soup (even though shown on menu board). Waited 15 min for a loaded bowl. Got frozen butter for a bun and no napkins are out for customers once you got your order ... had to wait in line again to get some from behind the counter. Tables and chairs are very dirty for eating in.

We spend many moments with friends and many others we meet on a regular basis. They always have friendly and helpful staff members. Food is very fresh and delicious.

I got a very bad service with a lady in the counter. Atleast smile to the customers. Her behaviour was very arrogant.her behaviour was like i shouldnt come here and order anythng. i know everyone is having some problems or anythng. But work is work. So try to be good with customers.

Worst timhortons ever. Instead of chatting and joking around,the staff should help the ones struggling to make the food. After ruining our order , we didn't even felt they were sorry. Paula didn't know what is the sauce in cravable sauce called. My suggestion is that please focus on customers waiting instead of changing garbage and talking behind customers as if we are fool waiting.

Took you 30 minutes to make a large vanilla iced coffee and an everything bagel toasted with herb and garlic. Why did it take you 30 minutes? Lord only knows. But it did make me late for work. So great job on not doing the only job you had correctly.

Had placed an order online and after a few sips into my iced coffee i saw something weird on the lid. There was a piece of a wooden stir stick in my coffee. I only seen it as it got stuck to the inside of the lid to my coffee.

As it was my first time in Canada I was so excited to try Tim Hortons and this location was the closest to me. I have to say I was not disappointed at all. The coffee, the sandwiches, the soups and the donuts were all great. I ended up visiting at least 7 times during my trip. The prices are very reasonable too. I now get why Canadians love Tim Hortons. Definitely gonna go to Tim’s whenever I’m in Canada.
