Terrible customer service. They were too busy to ring people out. Rude, unpleasant and dirty inside. Go somewhere else if you can.

Everyone who works here is amazingly friendly and will help you in any way they can. I am not muxh of a drinker so half the time I will ask them what they recommend as a good drink or mixer. I love some of the options they come up with and love the friendliness and the helpfulness of these staff. Keep up the great work!

When a customer comes up to the counter smiling but leaves frustrated, you know you have done something wrong. The person who served me today did not take my aeroplan card but had me read it off, she was also condescending and rude. This was the first bad experience I have had here, June 18th in the afternoon.

Hours are bad. Shouldn't have to drive to Chatham. People and service is awesome but hours are really bad. 9p or 10p should be standard Mon to Sat and Sun to 8p.

Love this store. It's a decent size, has a great selection and the staff is super friendly. Nicely air conditioned for the perfect shopping experience.
