Never actually been to the shop in person. But would like to take the time to say thanks and give 2 thumbs up.. bought a used pickup from a lady in fort st john.. she recently had new tires installed on the truck (5/6 months prior) and other work done.. on route home I found one of the tires had a large bulge/ separation and was making a bad vibration.. long story short after sending a pic of the defective tire to the previous owner, she got in touch with the shop and they sent a brand new matching tire shipped and free of charge to kamloops. They definitely did not have to do this as I wasn't the original purchaser so thank you guys/and girls very much...! Other shops would most likely not take responsibility.. cheers!

Needed a BC inspection done on a vehicle, was able to fit me in the next day! thorough inspection with all the paperwork. Pleasant to deal with!

Could have told me you didn't fix my transfer case leak and double bill me for the Mercon V atf but thanks for the Keychain and the 550 dollar RTV fix on my oil pan

THANKS so much for helping me out.. Blew a clamp off my turbo hose taking a load up the Bam in a 350. These guy's Jimmy rigged a clamp that worked for me and I was back on the road in minutes. F'n love you guy's...

Had brake problem near Taylor BC while driving from Ohio to Alaska. Was towed to SS Auto who basically fit us in during a busy day. The mechanics not only fixed our brake problems but found and fixed 2 other issues that would surely have been problems down the road.Owner Sheldon and staff very personable and knowledgeable communicated what the situation was and how they were fixing. Provided loaner car, made arrangements at local motel and even helped me fax several business documents why we were waiting. Had such an enjoyable experience that I plan on stopping to say hello on future trips thru thru area.Recommend this business highly.

My wife and I were almost to our destination in fort st john when I began having shifting difficulties to the point I could not get into any gears at all. It was about the time most businesses close for the day but when I called he explained how I could get partial use of my manual transmission and waited for us to arrive and then diagnose my trouble. Sheldon and the rest of the crew are always so accommodating when a situation arises. Multiple times now I’ve had issues and they’ve got me in right away even though they’ve been busy and booked up.
