Inconsistent order quality. Incorrect motor starters, incorrect disconnect switches, ordered 3 disconnect switches and they shipped three CASES of disconnect switches, forgot 50 feet of unistrut.They're inexpensive, so that's a positive, I suppose.

I've visited this store recently and I left with my hands empty. Customer service guy at the front desk has a lack of emphaty. I was looking for a type of wire for my garage I didn't even finish my question when this person answered I'm not an electrician there is nothing I can do for you" well I was expecting at least a bit of emphaty or guide me on what to do or how to get the right info and product that I was looking for. Please to the manager this kind of people make you lose business."
