Love the selection and the atmosphere! Feels like you're in the Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory! My husband and I went to St. John's for our honeymoon 3 years ago, and stumbled across the Freak Lunchbox while we were out for a walk - needless to say, we made a few trips to this store in our 2 week stay! Definitely some unique candy options - felt like a kid! So fun!

Fun place to go, especially if you're just visiting downtown st.johns and want to stop at a few unique shops. They have tonnes of selection of chocolate and candy from different parts of the world.

A must visit if you’re in St. John’s with kids or have a love for candy! You can find really interesting treats that you can’t get anywhere else.We had a lovely time in the store and was given wonderful and friendly help while we were there. I’d have purchased the whole store for my kids if I could have.We can’t wait to come back on our next trip to St. John’s to try more unique and fun treats!!

I love visiting this store. It will take a few minutes to find parking but it is worth the hassle. They have all kinds of candy and candy bars that you cannot find anywhere else. I usually go there to stock up on Payday bars. On this occasion, I even had a cab of orange vanilla coke. The prices are fairly reasonable too. If you are downtown and want to satisfy your sweet tooth, this is the place to go.

Friendly, efficient service and a large selection of sweets. Imported items, for example, Cadbury chocolate from England, are a bit expensive (cheaper online direct from U.K.)

Best candy shop in St. John’s! Amazzzing selection of hard to find, Tik tok popular and candy from your childhood! Staff is TOP KNOTCH and the store is very Instagram worthy so bring your camera! 10/10 recommend.
