I’ve gone to the South Surrey Jewellery Clinic for a gold chain replacement, a clasp replacement for a silver bracelet, and a watch repair. Every time they went above and beyond my expectations providing an amazing final product, and wonderful service! 10/10 would recommend coming here for any and all jewelry related services!

I am most pleased with their custom craftsmanship, and promote ability to deliver a quality finished product. This was the ring I had them create for me. I had the center stone and wanted it set into a rose gold ring, with a high profile to showcase its brilliant sparkle. They most certainly delivered on end results! Kind and professional and done with quality and care, I highly recommend them.

I have been to this south surrey location thrice thus far, and I am in awe of their amazing customer service. By far the best customer service in south surrey that I have personally experienced.Each time I have visited, the ladies have literally gone out of their way to accommodate to my needs with the utmost patience, dedication, investment and overall commitment to get what it is that I exactly need and am looking for. They will never turn you down unless it is next to impossible. Most jewelers that I have visited have turned me down, or have overpriced for a mediocre job, but they charge reasonably and do a through and fully satisfying job.Thankful for their assistance!

This project was extremely sentimental and I can not express enough how grateful I am to have found this place. The ladies here are first of all just wonderful people and secondly very talented jewelers! I appreciated so much how perfectly they honored my design while adding a thoughtful, detailed eye to make sure even the things I wasn’t aware of were taken care of. The process was smooth and easy and I am over the moon with the end result. Plus the cost was shockingly fair and Charmaine was so kind to use the gold from the original ring instead of scrapping it like other jewelers would do. I will never go anywhere else!(To give some context to the photos: I used the sapphires and diamonds (and gold!) from the single ring for the two rings you see on the fingers of my sister and I.)
