We are very pleased with our new shutters. We had them in our last home and knew the quality, ability to adjust for light and privacy and added insulation in the winter were features that we wanted again, for window coverings in our new home. Esper and Tania made the process quite simple and were very accommodating when we needed to make some last minute changes. Thank you!

We had our initial blinds installed ELEVEN YEARS AGO in 2011 and Esper came to our house TODAY in 2022 to fix something free of charge. The blinds are top quality but the service and after-service are even better. I will continue to refer Shady Windows to anyone looking and will be using them for years to come.

I have been using motorized blinds for a little over a year from Shady and have learned they care a lot about customer satisfaction - fitting not quite right? Send a guy out to try and fix it as best they can. Forgot to add in a battery charger to the kit? No problem, they sent one out at no cost.Will use them again.

We chose a Canadian manufactured product expecting higher quality and we weren't disappointed. Placing the order with Tania was a breeze. She is super friendly and professional to deal with. Our custom order arrived earlier than expected and fit perfectly.Their installer was quick and efficient. We were so impressed, we immediately placed a second order for new blinds for our guestroom. Service and quality was identical to our initial experience. My wife also recommended Shady Windows to her parents and they were equally satisfied with their experience.

Working with Esper and Shady Windows was a dream! They responded to questions in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable and patient during the consultation. Through conversation, you can tell that they know what they’re doing and they offer options that are best for your house (aesthetically and economically), and they honestly let me know whether I need certain products or not and whether it is a worthwhile investment. Though my selections were backordered, to my pleasant surprise I received them early and they installed them immediately. The installation team was also fantastic!
