Worst place ever ordered tires an ac recharge took 2 hrs to call me that the tires I ordered a week before won’t be in. No discount on wasted day or time charged full price still on ac. Then they proceed to not put my old tires back into vehicle took a hr just to get them back. Too make it worse they damaged my rims a didn’t put the tire valve cover on either. And sensors won’t work on tires either now.

Please don’t ever take Kal tires word as final do yourself a major favour and get a second opinion you trust. They ran me up a quote for 800 dollars for a Part that is in perfect condition and doesn’t need fixing and left out the actual part that needs replacing, I’m certain that after they would have fixed my perfectly fine tie rod they’d let me know that my inner tie rod sleeve is ripped and that another 800 is required to fix it, along with ridiculous diagnostic charges I did not ask them to do since I have a reader of my own, they also charge u insanely high for parts you can get yourself at bumper to bumper for a 1/5 of the price. Absolutely disgusting how they can morally do that please if your going to quote people make sure it’s for repairs that the car actually needs

I cannot rate these guys high enough. Would give 10 stars if possible. Brendann went beyond and above, Knowledgeable guy. These guys really do know their stuff! Friendly, warm hearted, professional and caring service. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS AT THE SHOP! This will be the only place I ever go to from now on.

The last two times I have been to Kal Tire, the gentleman that has helped me has been rude and condescending. As well, both times, he told me I needed a new tire and because it had been driven on, probably couldn’t be fixed, when in actuality, it could have been fixed and it had not been driven on. In fact, I went elsewhere and they fixed it and it has been great ever since.As well, my husband got tires there and they did the wheel alignment before putting the tires on and not after, so we have an issue with steering now.They used to be very good, but I will not return there.

We had an excellent experience at Kal Tire in Grande Prairie.We broke down and had to be towed in the night before. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us while waiting for repairs to be completed, and made sure we got back on the road in a timely manner.Keep in mind, the diagnostics they had to perform on my truck were pretty extensive and needed to be traced down the wiring harnesses to find the fault.Several hours worth of work, and yet everyone involved was very patient and understanding, as we had no place to go, we waited for most of the time at the store.We had to stay overnight and go back to the store the next day; coordinating everything was smooth and seamless.Extra shoutout to Veronica at front counter, and to the tall mechanic with longer hair & arm tattoo for going the extra mile. It’s people like you that make all the difference in stressful times.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pulled in for a quick fix problem and the busy but helpful CSR inflated our tires and got us out of there within 10 minutes. This shop has been available every time we go there and I highly recommend their services.

I had a 10:30 appointment. When I got there they told me my car would be be done in an hour, by 11:20 my car was still sitting where I left it. When I talked to the employee, he informed the techs were still working on the car before me and it would likely be another hour before my car is ready. I left without my service complete. If they would have let me know they were running an hour behind I would have came later instead of sitting in there waiting room for an hour wasting my time. Went to a quick lube and they got me in and out. Kaltire offers free tire rotations but have fun trying to utilize it.

I utilize Kal Tire with my work regularly. I always get excellent service with field technicians who repair my trucks, and the staff that directs them. Excellent service from Lewis in field dispatch and Blaine in sales.

We were in town visiting family (We live in the Lethbridge area), and after our long drive up, we were concerned our tires looked a little low/soft. Got us in right away, checked the pressures, and topped us off. Thanks a ton! :)
