I purchased a brand-new custom ordered mini home (16*62) in July 2017 from this company. The person I dealt with was DAVE LAITE. Upon arrival the home had many defects. After living in the home for just a few months more serious issues arose. Siding started coming off the home because it wasn't nailed down. Three windows started squeaking because they weren't installed securely. The floor squeaks in several places because it was installed too tight, I was told....and the most concerning issue now is that the entire front wall of the home moves every time the wind hits it.... causing loud squeaks inside the home......and lastly, on windy days the loud cracks and bangs that come from the ceiling/roof throughout the home are just awful. I IMMEDIATELY contacted the builder 'SUPREME HOMES' but then I waited a year and a half for them to arrive. When they came, they fixed 2 small issues and then stated that they couldn't help me with the rest of my issues. They never came back or returned any of my calls or emails to date, even though they said they would. Just so you know, the person at Heather Homes (DAVE LAITE) who you deal with will not help you with anything that goes wrong with the home after you purchase/receive the home ......he passes you off to the builder (SUPREME HOMES) .... GOOD LUCK WITH THAT!
