My family n I recently hired Ms.Webb as our travel agent and guide. We were very dissatisfied with her services!!! The trip was completely misrepresented, she failed to provide some neccessary services which we had to come out of pocket at last minute for, disrupting the travel expenses for some of the group!!! Not enough hotel rooms, scrambled reservations late if no paper work!! We spent so much time undoing what she had done it was hard to enjoy the beauty of the trip!!! Ms Webb failed to inform us of many hidden payments, sporadic to no communication even when we left multiple messages!! It was so frustrating!!! These problems lead to the family member who recommended her feeling responsible for Ms Webbs short comings! We did salvage the trip absolutely on our own, with no help whatsoever from Ms. Webb!! So needless to say for all of the above reasons I vehemently suggest that you look else where for travel assistance !! To Ms. Webb I strongly suggest you try harder to live up to your claims!!! Amanda Webb did a terrible job with my family cruise. She placed charges on our credit cards without permission; she book 3 room instead of 5. There were a total of 13 peopl, which group into 5 sets. We had to buy 2 additional rooms. She don’t return phone calls or respond to any price or accommodation discrepancies. We end up reporting her to Mtravel, Delta and American Express. Also there were no transportation to and from each location. She didn’t inform us of additional cost. We had to put a $50 deposit for each room. This was our first time on a cruise. She did inform us there was a mandatory $58 gratitude for each person. This ruined the trip for me. I was so stressed out. She is not trustworthy DO NOT GIVE HER YOUR CEDIT CARD Number!!!!!!! Proceed with caution
