I went here with smashed back glass on an iPhone X. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and told me what my options were and what each option would cost.I really like how in my situation, although I approved the higher quote (second option) the guy at the counter would only do what was necessary which ended up being option one, and cheaper. I truly like how there’s no pressure, no sales tactics, no Misleading.The service was quick and prices for both options were fair.Thank you!

Well I did get them to repair my cracked screen. They did that fine, but apparently in the process of fixing the screen they ripped off the adhesive for the back and the silver paint came off. Now it has these ugly red marks on the back of the phone of a silver phone. I guess nothing could be done, but a nice warning before hand of the of the possibility would have been nice.een nice. I'm sure that's not the first time they've seen it.

Dropped my phone and screen stopped working. Booked an appointment online and was able to book within 1/2 hour. They replaced my screen within 45 minutes and it works perfectly. Awesome and fast service.

I had to fix my SD card slot tray. It was broken for my Samsung and they fix it right away. They noticed other problems with my phone and they solved and fix all the problems with the phone. It took 20-30 minutes. Fast service. I went other places and it took a week to do everything compared to Dr. Phone fix place. It took 1 day for everything. I am very happy and would definitely go back there again.

This place definitely took care of me . Vikas was super nice when I inquired over the phone regarding my iPhone XS Max camera having water damage issues. I dropped off my LG-G8XThinQ to change the broken display. The front desk man was very friendly and kind and called me the exact same day to pick it up when he said it was going to be done. Repair didn't last more than 5 days and the price was reasonable as well. Highly recommendations.
