Purchased thousands of dollars of frozen raw food.Today I found a questionable pack of food so I asked for an exchange.Employee talked to the owner who said go to the manufacturer.ZERO EXCHANGE POLICY!What was the employee's response? Sure

The staff is amazing, the staff very knowledgeable in every dept from fish to cats and dogs. The store is always clean and they spoil all the pets that come in.

Store is clean and well stocked. Dog Wash isn't great if you have 2 dogs and are paying to wash 2 dogs. They won't let you bring in 2 dogs. Most other locations let me bring in both dogs. I also don't want to leave one dog in the car and it's not convenient to wash dogs on separate days. Also some locations had nature's specialty shampoo, and a conditioning spray to use and treats on the counter in the dog wash area to reward your pet as you clean. I had to ask 3 times at the end of my service for a treat and felt like they were annoyed for me asking. Probably won't be using the dog wash here again.

I would give less stars if possible, for this Kenaston location. Staff refused to do a return that was within the terms of petvalu's return policy. I asked to speak to management, but was told they were too busy to talk to me. I've heard from other people that this store is difficult and has poor management, so I'm definitely not the only person who feels this way.I'll take my business elsewhere and suggest you do as well. The Grant location seems to be much better, but has different management/owners.

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left the clerk never got off what was clearly a personal phone call as she was talking about people being double vaccinated.No greeting, never asked if I needed anything which I did and no offer to take the 40lbs bag of litter to my car.We live in the area but will go our of our way to Bridgewater or Pembina from now on.

Locally owned. Got my cat the pine pellets litter. Walmart often doesn't have it in or little choice of what they have in stock. Full shelves here.

Went there today aa was close to Costco. I am getting a rescue puppy and although I have done my research I was looking for help and advice. I do not blame the trainee for poor service. The manager was the one the trainee looked to for assisting me. She was frantic, rude and said she could not advise me appropriately because I was getting rescue and she needed more details. She also complained about being short staffed. Needless to say I left empty handed and I went to Pet Value on Fermor where I received excellent service. Take the time to travel to another Pet Value. I have always had great service on Fermor.

This location is literally walking distance from my home but rather put extra mileage to Bridgewater or Taylor location. This location seems to have its own rules and policy.
