My box was delivered this morning but upon checking with my mother thru video chat. A LOT of things were lost!!!!! I am very angry about this! I have saved up money to buy those stuff and your company did not even made an effort in making sure that the stuff are delivered properly and complete. Most of the stuff were also damaged. I have never experienced this with LBC. This is an outrage.The agent in Davao(Shamil Express Cargo) should not be given business anymore. They are very inefficient and useless!!!!Shamil Express Cargo in Davao, if you search it in google shows that its permanently closed. Very scary!!!

Listen on Saturday and Sunday have 2 people working . I went last Saturday and there was a 10 person lineup, I left as well as a few others. I came back Sunday and there was a bout 12 people in line. One worker both times . Excuse ? Covid ? Are you kidding me. There`s enough space for 2 workers with 8 feet in between. So, I took my 3 remittances and went elsewhere. Bye

Haven’t used service since before Covid, so 2019. Had to get my ID card rescanned. Still same staff member/person dealing with in-person transactions. Customer interaction limited to one (1) person or couple doing transaction. Expect lines if you arrive closer to 11:00 am. If you’re not in their database make sure you have Philippine name, address, phone ready.
