Excellent. Cars parked in the building are easily accessible by th escalators.But it was for mainly passengers. If you need it for bringing loads this place seems not so available.

Called at 5:39pm asking for a rental for tomorrow, was advised to come in asap and they could help me out. Told the rep i had to walk over. Ran over to the location and it was closed and to visit another location. I arrived at 6:20 due to me running 4km. Employees were still inside. They told me to come back tomorrow....yeah right im never returning to enterprise nor will i ever recommend them anymore.

Usually, this location has great service. Today the employee I think lied to me about car availability. After that, I called call center and confirmed car is available. Also enterprise.ca and third party site all show available. Employee claimed to be the manager (based on what on phone customer service told me). I have employee name and my reservation number if real store manager is interested in hearing about this. I think I have the recording of call as well. So, I have a reservation but no car. Be prepared for them to call you last minute and say no car is available.

Got to the location but the car type I had rented wasn't there. (They were counting on a client returning the car in the morning but they hadn't returned).The staff worked out an alternative plan and had me on my way within 40min.Thank you ver much

The staff was amazing and so helpful! The desk staff was friendly and inviting even though I was rushing and all over the place.The young man who took me to my rental vehicle was patient with me as I tried to set up blue tooth and become familiar with the vehicle. All I saw was smiles. I left there feeling so relaxed and reassured.

Rented a car last minute for a weekend, went in and out within less than 15 mins. Great service and they went out of their way to help accommodate me. Will definitely visit this branch again. Great staff, in particular Moe.
