I will only ever rent from enterprise. The service from Ashley and Kaitlyn at the deer lake airport in deer lake Newfoundland was above and beyond. The prices were awsome and Kaitlyn waited for my flight even though it was late. Thank you for the amazing service and amazing workers.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Booked this rental in confidence with the brand. Once arriving, the clerk mentioned that I had received an upgrade from my current selection(which I found out later was not an upgrade and they had a massive recall on their inventory and had nothing left). We quickly went through the process, then I was asked to sign off the vehicle that it had no damages which I thought was a little silly as I had not seen the vehicle . I went out to look at the vehicle to find my upgrade" buried in dead flies caked on the front end

Received an excellent service from Brendan and staff, very efficient, courteous and friendly when returning a car from a 20 day rental, pick up from Gander airport. Gander airport location pick up experience is a whole another story. Would highly recommend the Deer Lake Airport location.

The checkin was fast and easy. The agent was friendly and willing to help. There was no hidden fee or nagging about paying for their car accident insurance. We left the car in the parking lot because we dropped it off very early in the morning. We received the refund next day for the extra $50 added to our credit card.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
After a disappointing end (caught Covid) to an otherwise fantastic vacation in Western Newfoundland we were once again astounded by some over the top service from Enterprise at Deer Lake Airport.Many thanks to Ashley and Sydney who were great to not only pickup the van from our isolation motel but also offered to grab us some food, medicine, or Beer for as long as we were in isolation. That is truly a wonderful gesture that was greatly appreciated!!Oh…and the van was great as well, no problems!

Worst experience ever! A rental car reservation is a commitment to travellers that when they travel across the country there will be a car available as promised. Left stranded. No support. Tried to call customer service multiple times. No response. Would give a rating of 0 if I could.BTW... do not be fooled by their response.. I emailed and never heard back!

Showed up to the airport after flying across Canada to pick up pre booked rental (on time)....waited in line only to be told, oh we dont have a rental for you"...if I could give -5 stars then I would. Ridiculous and zero notification via email or phone. Same thing happened to someone else who had book a rental 1 year in advance. Also
