ONroute Innisfil

Stopped here on our way south down the 400. Covid protocols were being followed by employees. Some of the customers, not so much though. Nobody was enforcing the Covid mask rules for the customers. The main space was pretty clean. The wait for food at Popeye's was not great. It took about 15 minutes to get my order. There were only 2 people in front of me. The floor was really sticky in front of the self serve pop dispenser. New York Fries was faster with getting my order in hand; roughly about 7 minutes. There's also a Tim Horton's, Subway, Starbucks, Market and self serve coffee kiosk. There's a drive thru Starbucks, which is out in a separate building. There is the Canadian Tire gas bar that lights up the night like a giant red beacon. I'll only stop here again if absolutley necessary.

Tim Hortons has become a joke. It took half an hour to get a coffee which was preordered.Service is non existent.

Arrived at 10pm Sunday after a long day wanting to get dinner. Everything was closed except Tim Hortons and they didn't have much in the way of food. Seriously, if you are a roadside service centre you have one job... Serving travellers who may not be able to work with the typical meal times. Hours should be longer than other places if not 24 hrs. At least, one full service restaurant should remain open. I can't comment on how it is during the daytime, I am sure it's ok. Just don't expect service after 10.

Tim Hortons long time wait for mobile orders and bad services. Frustrated experience. Bad customer service. The workers had not take any thing for customer satisfaction

“ONROUTE INNISFIL”On of the best place to stop on highway 400. If you want so many options at one place and would like to relax for a bit this is the place for you.Ample of parking space , numerous of options/outlets to eat from.Apart from food the toilets are always clean and you don’t have to wait as there are plenty of them.

This onroute has decent food options like Subway, Popeyes, Burger King, Tim Hortons, New York Fries. It also has Starbucks but they don't accept Starbuck points. Rest rooms are cleans and well maintained. Overall good place for pitstop.

Stopped for coffee at Tim's & a burger from Burger King however, they didn't open for another 45 mins. Clean restroom with touchless washing & drying

The manager at New York fries was rude and had no patience. I believe her name was Taran. As a manager myself in the food business I always go above and beyond for customers since they are the reason we have jobs. Without happy frequent customers there would be no jobs. She should definitely get a talking to for the utter disrespect. And a change in attitude.

If you miss out the OnRoute Barrie this is a best location to have a break after a drive. You get multiple options to eat and shop with massive parking space and gas station. The washrooms are clean and hygienic.
