I haven’t been to a chiropractor in over 10 years and since I live in this area now I was referred to Dr. Bolton by a family member. The new administrator (I think her name was Holly) and Dr. Bolton were both super friendly, professional and he did a great job with my assessment and first adjustment. He has so much knowledge and explained a lot to me about my body. Great experience, going back next week.

Went to Dr. Jeff Bolton after I experienced back to back concussions. He had me back playing hockey in 3 weeks, not feeling rushed whatsoever. Healing from an injury is so dependent on how much you know about it. Dr. Bolton provided me with so much information I didn’t know about concussions and about healthy lifestyle in general. Would recommend to anybody with a head injury, sports related ESPECIALLY.P.S. Katy is such a bright presence when you arrive. Very contagious smile

I recently just found Jeff, through a colleague of mine. After a year or so of searching for a chiropractor that that I felt comfortable with, I am happy with Jeff and the friendly team at Advanced Health and Wellness. Jeff is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to how the body works and moves, and he explains everything that he does with an emphasis on providing the patient with the tools to maintain their body at home as well.Katy, at the front desk, is also incredible and always happy to greet those coming in.
