This place is very slow. I have given them time to see if they can get better but between 1 year to 6 months and still no change in service. It takes over 15-20 minutes to get through the drive through. No a pleasant “hello, welcome to Wendy’s” either. I came here two days ago. And waited 5 minutes to not even be acknowledged at the drive through. Ended up leaving and went to McDonald’s across the road. Today it took way too long as noted already. This place needs a thurough look through from corporate. Obviously issues with management.

My go to Wendy's meal is chili and baked potato or Apple pecan salad. I had chili here which was watery and container was not very full. They use leftover burgers for the chili. Not impressed with this place.

Idk what's so hard about following a correct order screen. #4 with lettuce bun and no cheese. I am allergic to dairy and wheat. Both times I've tried this location they get the lettuce bun fine but put cheese on it and I end up having to throw it out because I'm too far away to turn around and have them replace it before I go to eat it. Also they never put the condiments on it or even in the bag.

The staff is friendly and the service was quick. The main issue was needing to go back for the sauces and french fries I ordered. When I got home I realized I didn't get my Caesar dressing either.The fries were a little old. The spicy chicken sandwiches and frosty were good. The staff even split the frosty as half chocolate and half vanilla.I'm sure it was just an off night. I'm not deterred though from going there again and seeing if my next experience is better.

They open late. This is very convenient for late night eaters such as myself. I used the drive through and the staff is pleasant and fairly quick.

We came to this location yesterday for lunch. I came home and around 6pm all my lunch had come back up. I've been up all night puking my guts out. Check that your doing your procedures correctly. I used to work at wendys and I know some of the things u are supposed to do like using the correct spatula for raw and cooked meat. I won't come back to this location I really don't wanna get sick again. Matter of fact I'm done with wendys for a while.

Food is okay. Check your orders to ensure you get it all. The dining area is bright. Sometimes messy where you get your drinks. Not very sanitary. Could be improved.

Feeling hungry? Go somewhere else. Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. Scarce toppings, chunky cheese sauce, drinks overloaded with ice and a watered down and rancid tasting frosty for dessert. Yuck. I would have went back had we not been passing through. Employees were more concerned with socializing than providing customer service. Avoid this place!

This Wendy's definitely needs a revamp on customer service and food handling. I ordered a combo for dine in and the staff threw the fries in the tray and the pop machine area is a hazard always wet floor and super slippery.
