I recently visited Highstreet Dental for dental bonding on my tooth. Unfortunately, my experience with the clinic has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I have been to this clinic twice, and on both occasions, the bonding on my tooth chipped within days of getting it fixed.One of the most disappointing aspects of my experience was the way the clinic handled the situation. When I called to schedule an appointment to have the bonding fixed, they were prompt in taking me in. However, during the appointment, I received remarks that seemed to imply that I had not followed the dentist's instructions properly. I found this rather accusatory and unsettling, as I have never had any issues with dental work in the past.What bothered me further was that my tooth chipped again shortly after getting it fixed for the second time. I have previously had tooth chips fixed without any issues for extended periods of up to six months or more. This recurring problem raises concerns about the quality of the dental work provided at this clinic.Additionally, I experienced an unsettling incident with the clinic's administrative staff. On one visit, the secretary informed me that my wife had a pending amount of over $100 to pay. Luckily, another secretary intervened and rectified the situation, acknowledging that it was a glitch on their end with my insurance provider. This lack of organization and attention to detail further diminished my confidence in the clinic.Considering these factors, I must express my frustration and disappointment with Highstreet Dental. I cannot confidently recommend this clinic to anyone seeking dental services, especially within the Mt. Lehman area. Given my experience and the recurring issues with the dental work, I will be seeking an alternative clinic for future dental care.

Work done was great;not a lot of pain at all; posts look ok; will know more next week when the denturist does his part. Staff were all excellent.

Dentist was fantastic, very careful and informative. Little to no pain having extractions and posts done for dentures. Staff were great.

I waited a long time to write this review! Staff are good. But... yes the but. I was Over charged.. basically took advantage of insurance policies and horrible horrible dental service those dentists are on the lower end of expertise. My kids went in a few times and left worse off. They have never ever had any problems with tooth pain until coming here. Last time they were in was last year spring. They still have dental issues because of high street dental. They are slowly getting things back to normal now.. I will gladly drive 2hrs out. Never ever would recommend or go back here.. never! Any other place but High street dental!

Have had gray experiences. They are great with my daughter and guide her through what will be happening.

I have always had a great experience with this dentist office, and I am one of those people who don't like going to the dentist. They are friendly and informational. Nice clean office. Efficient! Highly recommend!

As a new patient I found all the staff to be very friendly, efficient and professional. I was able to book my first visit within a few days. Nice office facilities. Very convenient location.

I have been a patient here for many years and I highly recommend. Reception is kind and nonjudgmental. I always have questions about pricing and I never feel rushed or awkward, which I really appreciate. My hygienists have always been gentle and thorough. The dentists here have always given me excellent care. I have to see different DR’s because of my schedule but I have always felt in good hands. Everyone at this office has always made me feel like a human and taken very good and gentle care of me.

Great dentist office, always makes me feel comfortable and all the staff are very kind, I’ve been going since 2020 and will continue as long as I’m around the area.

I can't express adequately how awesome my experience with Highstreet Dental is every time I go.The front desk staff are organized and welcoming, the hygienist I see is very kind and very professional, the dentist is very skilled a just genuinely nice person. Everyone from door in to door out is just great.I'm one of those people with significant anxiety and bad experiences around dental work. For serious things I needed done, the option of IV sedation was awesome and the work was outstanding. Regular visits aren't a problem either because the environment and the office culture are so great I'm fully at ease.I moved across town literally next to another dental office and I wont switch. I don't think there is, or could be, a better place than Highstreet Dental.
