Both Marcel and James worked very well as a team. They were courteous and friendly. They were very receptive to any questions I had throughout the installation. It was very clear that both had my best interests in mind and ensured that the finished product was as best as it could be, including replacing pieces of ductwork that they considered aged (for example). They took extra care to ensure the area was fully cleaned following installation and took any resultant garbage (old parts, cardboard, etc.) with them.

Start to finish, our technician Wesley was excellent. He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I was able to book a furnace maintenance appointment in a day and the entire experience was great! Highly recommend!

We had Abby Air out to our place to install a brand new furnace, a new AC unit and to install a tankless water heater. Our contact person Gladson was amazing. He literally would answer any message or phone call at any time of day, and made himself available at any time, even nights and weekends. He was very patient with us over the couple weeks it took us to make up our minds about what new HVAC systems we wanted to go with. Gladson is so knowledgeable and professional. Marcel and Russ were the HVAC installers. These guys were at our house for 2 days working diligently. These guys were fantastic as well! They had to rip out all our old appliances, piping, wiring, etc before they could put in the new ones. Their work was spot on. They were even courteous enough to lay down mats along the halls and stairs each day so they didn't track through dirt. At the end of each day they were great about cleaning up their mess and vacuuming. The water heater we did have was a rental from Reliance. Marcel and Russ even took care of organizing and returning it back to Reliance for us, we didn't have to worry about any of it. As a side note, all 3 of them (Gladson, Marcel and Russ) were good sports about putting up with our noisy barking dog Bentley, and our Goldendoodle who kept wanting attention haha). They tolerated them and we thank them for that. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys, and Abby Air for any HVAC issues you are having. I truly and honestly are giving them a 5* rating, well deserved Abby Air!

The whole experience from the phonecall to book to the technician visiting is a pleasant experience. The customer service person is always friendly and accommodating, the technicians are always amazing. This past visit with Wesley was excellent. He called before he arrived, was on time and extremely polite and personable. When he was here he was great at explaining what he was doing and what the results were from his tests. He also recommended an additional service that we really needed and was looking for someone to clean our ducts (not a telemarketer or scammer). He explained the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and I know I can trust this company. Great work, very happy with my service!

Had new furnace, AC, and water tank installed by Marcel, Russ, Brett and Chad. They were great; very professional and neat with their work. They made sure i was comfortable with all the devices and functions before leaving. Also want to mention the help received by Gladson, the sales rep who was also super professional and helpful during the onboarding process. When preparing for purchase i had different companies come-in for quotes and Gladson was by far the best for our needs. He provided value without the sales pressure that we’ve see from Boonstra (their competitors). Great experience with Abbey Air all around. 5 Stars. Thank you!

Tommy G. came to check on our complaint about noisy A/C unit. Not only did he take care of the problem, but as we were checking the HVAC system he pointed out some things we should be doing to save on electricity and make the unit last longer. We are very satisfied with the service.

What a big job - 9.5 hours with 4 service technicians, Todd, Russ, James and Jay. They were the most professional folks I have had work in the house: friendly, polite, helpful to my questions, and respectful of my home. They put in a new furnace, heat pump, humidifier and thermostat and made sure it was working and I understood how to operate it. The best!

We switched to a tankless water heater and the experience couldn't be better. Top notch services performed by Niall and Paul. They were friendly, on time, removed the old tank and installed the new with efficiency. They were thorough and professional. The order for install was placed on a Friday late afternoon and we had the install done by the following Monday. Amazing!! We have been enjoying our tankless water heater. So good to know we have endless hot water so all in the family can use. Thank you Enercare!

Wesley from abbey air did a remarkable job! Not only he serviced my A/C but he gave us very good ideas on using the unit more efficiently and effectively. Didn’t rush at all. The points he explained and service he provided exceeded expectations. I have enercare service since last 7 years. He was Very impressive!!!!
