Couldn’t have had a better experience buying my wedding suit with Aaron helping out. Great prices, amazing customer service. Wouldn’t have been able to do it without ya. Just knew exactly what to wear, what sizes, and what colour matches to go with. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything, and felt it was all about what we wanted. 10/10 recommend this store for suit needs. Thanks again!

I dealt with Alex and Hunter and they were so, so expertly helpful. No pressure, individualized advice, and when i left i had exactly what i wanted for a fair price. Those two are great. I will definitely go back to that location when i’m next looking for something, gladly.

Bought a few articles of clothing from this location for myself and have always been helped right away. Recently bought some Gr.8 Grad clothing for my son and received the same great service. Staff are really friendly and make sure you leave with what you want.

We had a terrible experience with suits unfortunately. The rental suits arrived only a few days before the wedding, with the wrong coloured vests, wrong coloured and poor quality shoes that were worn down and wrong coloured pocket squares. With it being so close to the wedding, there was nothing we were able to do. They guys were so disappointed as they had imagined their look a lot different. The shoes were all different looking- some shiny, some matte, some just a different colour. I wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately!

I have to say I'm disappointed to say the least. I found something in the end, but with no help from anyone. No one even acknowledged me when i walked in. Everyone was either chatting about a previous customer or on their cell phone. The young guy I'm assuming who is new, had his shirt untucked and looked like he dodnt care or want to be there. If this was a regular kind store where everyone is paid by the hour I kind of get it. But a place that is very clearly commission based you would think they would be eager to make a sale. On top of that when I asked for some fashion advice from the guy he straight up told me he had no idea and that he wasn't good at it either. 4 of the shirts I tried on that he said would fit after taking my measurements I could barely get done up. I think I'll just go to the uptown one from now on. At least they're eager to sell stuff.

Went into the Langford location today so my son could get a suit for prom. Gavin was amazing at putting together the whole outfit complete with shoes and tie clip. Made the whole experience quick and painless. Thanks again Gavin!!

Went in for a suit, had an appointment but the person helping kept leaving to deal with other customers. Sales staff kept telling me how they didn't know what they were doing and would then leave to wander around. Ultimately I was told to go to the competitor, get my sizing and come back and tell them what I needed.I ended up going to a competitor, and just bought my suit there. Careful what you wish for.I've been shopping at Moore's since the 90s, always always always had excellent customer service. Staff were so bad at this location I see no point giving Moore's a second chance.

We went in today to outfit my son for his first job requiring a suit - we were in a rush and had been to another store first where we got horrible service and no assistance whatsoever. We called out to Moore's in Langford before driving out there and were assisted by Hunter who checked to see they had some sizes we needed before we made the drive out there - she was more helpful in 3 minutes on the phone than the other store's staff had been during the half hour we wasted there, so we drove out to Langford and we weren't disappointed.When we arrived Hunter had picked out some things because she knew we were in a rush and we got right to trying stuff on. She had us outfitted with suit pants, socks, dress shirts, belts and shoes in some hard-to-find sizes and out the door in less than 40 minutes and we had everything we needed. The staff at this location never disappoints, and Hunter was a lifesaver - made what was a very frustrating experience at the first store into a very enjoyable experience at her store. Five stars isn't enough for this awesome employee.
