Thank you so very much to Ted Hansen and his great boss, Ken Kaminski, for doing the ultimate giving back today! Ted made a house call on a Sunday morning to help my sister, Ileen Letourneau, who is struggling with cancer treatments and couldn't find anyone to come out and fix her gas leak. You have no idea how special she felt this morning. Thank you so much!

I wish I could rate this company higher. The stars are given for puntuality and friendliness. Unfortunately my furnace crapped out this winter during the coldest winter we've had in 30years.They came out and didnt end up fixing anything and charged me a fair bit just to diagnose the issue.After getting a new control board and changing a few sensors in the furnace, Im happy to say I fixed my furnace.Seems like a well respectable company, maybe just I had a bad experience.

We got to our acreage north of Athabasca (after 4 months absence) to find that the furnace had crapped out, and everything was frozen solid. Of course it was a Friday afternoon. A call to Athabasca Heating was answered professionally, and within a half-hour we had a technician at our place. The furnace igniter had failed, but the tech had a replacement part with him, and the furnace was back up and running within minutes of diagnosis. We were impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the whole company. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing any HVAC work in the Athabasca area.
