The guy working behind the counter late at nights talks too much. I don't expect a friendly conversation when I'm trying to fill up gas at 3 am. He kept going on about some movie he couldn't remember the name of while I was awkwardly just waiting with my credit card to pay so I can go home. Nice gesture, but don't do it when there's another 2 people behind me at 3 am while I'm trying to go home and sleep.

Not open at 1:24 on Friday night despite being a 24/7 station? Nobody inside the gas station, doors locked and no one inside and not able to pay at pump..... this has happened multiple times where pay pump is not working. Unprofessional.

Several issues on different visits with pay at pump feature. Never seems to work most of the time. On today's visit, the screen did not accept my selection to not purchase a car wash. Pressed button multiple times. I was then told by intercom that I needed to go inside and pay for my gas first. Went to Shell across the street for gas that was the same price

Wasted $4 on vacuums at appleby autospa, no suction whatsoever. Ended up trying their vacuums here at pioneer. Difference was day and night. Amazing suction and $2.50 for 5 minutes. Will be back, thank you so much!

Used to come here all the time for gas, lottery tickets and often snacks coming home from work. That's until the cashier started shouting off about how he wanted to shoot Republicans. Memorable experience!

Best service in Halton. Best gas prices. The car wash cleans well unlike many i have been thru. Service is actually very good. The night staff is talkative, but i would rather have that than a miserable dude. The management seems to have everything well under control. I don't normally give 5 stars unless its well deserved. Keep it up guys.

I also have had experiences with unpleasant cashier staff, for example, the lady working tonight, June 22 at ~8.30 pm.She was most unhelpful/ rude when the pay at pump (# 7) was malfunctioning[not the 1st time in the last few weeks that the pay at pump was not working].Will use the Shell across the street instead from now on.

Acceptable though sometimes the staff can be very absent minded. I had one staff member confuse me with another customer paying for gas at the counter then she expected me to pay that customer for her error.

I come here all the time for gas however I will not be anymore. The cashier working when I went to fill up gas was NOT wearing a mask. not only that but he was scanning his own points card for every customer and then convinced me not to scan my points card today because it isnt worth it" I scanned it anyway because I already saw him trick the man in front of me. This cashier is STEALING!. Think how much money he must be getting in points for customers without a points card that fill large trucks! disgusting. I have reached out to head office with no response. very disappointed.**UPDATE: reached out with no response. Waste of typing"
