NAPA AUTOPRO - Bayfield Garage

Do not ever take your vehicle here. I am a Bayfield local, and have heard horror stories about how much they rip people off.I recently took two hubs here to have bearing pressed in and they charged me 2 hours of shop time. Which is a massive scam.Never take anything here. Do not even stop for gas.

Was on vacation in Grand Bend and had an issue with my car. Clair was very accommodating and took me in right away and had the vehicle repaired while I waited. I didn't wait long and the price was very reasonable. Being out of town on vacation, I wasn't taken advantage of, which I appreciated.

Terrible. Unable to do a basic job, even when half the work was done for them. They don't listen. Wasted their time instead of asking questions and lost parts in the process (which they did not admit to, but we discovered). Not impressed. Have spent thousands there over the years. Will never use them again.

Have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service from this garage. Was on our annual visit and our battery died. Was concerned that we may get taken advantage of as we have a luxury car but that was clearly not the case. Tracy and the staff took really good care of me and my vehicle. Fair price and excellent customer service. Made a really bad situation into the best auto repair experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend as they’re professional and fair. They came in under the quote provided as they didn’t have to conduct a service that was in the quote. I would have never known that they didn’t have to do that service which spoke to their integrity.

Great garage for all your car needs. Only been living in Bayfield for two years and it's great to have a small, individually owned, garage nearby. Service is great as are there prices. And it's been a long time since I've been comfortable listening to a garage owner or mechanic and feeling that there being totally honest.
