Ivy Charging Station

None worked.

I've been back thrice and recommend charger unit IVY-0098, furthest from the building. On April 8, I tried three units, only 0098 delivered the rate my vehicle was capable of, 144kW.The price is good when you get the advertised charge rate. The cables are barely long enough; very awkward, it takes too much muscle for the average person. To get 5 stars from me the Ivy network needs to fix a design flaw where the cable is attached to the top of the unit so there is barely enough to reach my vehicle. I notice some other station designs have the cable attached about 3 feet from the ground so the entire length of cable is available for reaching horizontally towards the car instead of the cable length being wasted on the hypotenuse as at this Ivy station.Unlike some other Ivy stations all the charger units are the same design and hence suffer from the cable not reaching problem.Another problem with the Ivy stations is that the ID number stickers are too hard to see in cold, dark wet conditions. The stickers added in January are better than before but still fall short of ideal. They could fix by changing the screen.

Two out of 4 charging stations are not working the one that is working only delivering 37KW /h while in app it’s says that it is a 150 KW per hour.You will be charged at a rate of 23$ per hour.Ivy network really need to improve on the service!

An other charge network provider with useless chargers and lack off support when issues happen. I wonder how much tax payers money ws waisted.
