I've been going to City Dental Center for years, and highly recommend them. The location is perfect for me, a ten minute walk to the heart of Danforth Village.From the moment you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome by Sonja, who is always friendly and super efficient. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes, and mostly I'm taken in as soon as I arrive.The level of treatment and care is outstanding, the place is spotlessly clean, and the equipment is state of the art. They even provide information sessions on dental care, which are most enlightening, and I always leave with a new toothbrush, toothpaste, floss and other products, plus good advice.Dr. Berzin is extremely professional and caring, has more diplomas than wall space, and you know you're in excellent hands.My regular hygienist is Angela; she's wonderful, and I always look forward to seeing her for a really thorough cleaning and a nice chat. Kristin is also highly recommended. All the staff are friendly, highly competent and exceptional.The staff rarely change - a sign they must be happy working there. Definitely a five star recommendation from me.

I have been a life long patient of City Dental Center and have always been very happy with the professionalism and friendliness of all the staff. Dr Berzin (and Dr Bongard before him) have helped me keep my all my teeth.

I've been with these wonderful people for about 7 years and they have supported me to completely change my oral health for the better. Dr. Berzin did an amazing job with my gum grafts and it inspired me to take good care of my teeth. Tina, who assisted my surgeries with care, always has a warm greeting. Kristine and Minet are my usual team and they are the best in the world. Kris makes me laugh, cheers me on and shows me my progress. I floss every day now because of her! Sanja runs the place with impeccable organization and grace. She takes care of everything like magic because she's so fast but never seems to rush. Dr. Jaffer and Dr. Pivovarov have done perfect fillings for me and put me at ease with their expertise, humour, and explaining every step in a non-threatening way. Angela, who I saw when Kris was away, was also excellent. Everyone is kind, friendly, and generous with their skills and knowledge. They respect each other and their patients. You couldn't find a better dental clinic!

The team at City Dental Center provides kind, thorough and outstanding care. Their attention to covid cleaning protocols is also exceptional. Special shoutout to dental hygienist Angela who always asks how I'm doing and is very gentle with my teeth and gums that are prone to bleeding. I highly recommend City Dental Center if you are looking for excellence.

They use state of the art technology to ensure everything that can be done to assist me in maintaining a health mouth. Dr. Berzin and his staff are as good as they come. I like that they underpromise and overdeliver. If you arrive early they’ll do what they can to see you early. This place is run professionally and efficiently. Dr. Berzin performed a very complicated wisdom tooth extraction on me with great success. Highly recommended.
