Excellent customer service! I placed an email for 3 plumbing issues and was very impressed with the response from Krown and the crew who did the repairs. The reply was quick and the work done even quicker. The plumbers arrived completely prepared. Two workers fixed a connection in the toilet, installed a new kitchen faucet and installed a new hot water tank all within 90 minutes. Very professional, friendly, efficient service. The workers finished and left the place spotless clean after all their work. I would highly recommend Krown and their work crew to anyone who would rent with them or hire them as property managers. A special shout out to Holly H. who handled everything with a smile. The friendly service can't be beat.

Rented a property from Krown for over two years. Right off the bat, the best part was that they are pet negotiable, which is very hard to find, and it seems like a lot of properties from them are pet negotiable. We rented a fairly newly built house so not many issues, and any issues we did have were attended to by their maintenance staff in a timely manner. Our biggest maintenance item was that part of the fence blew over in a hurricane and they had a contractor out to rebuild it within the week. Communication was great and the staff were always good to deal with. Would recommend renting from Krown to anybody.

Of all the landlords and property management companies I dealt with during my time in St. John's, Krown was by far the best. I rented Krown-managed properties for 4+ years and never had an issue. Their property management team is prompt and attentive, and any maintenance issues I had were always dealt with in a timely manner. I always suggest Krown to anyone looking for a rental in the metro area, and they're always my first stop when looking for my next rental.

Amazing company, rented from them for over 2 years and never had a problem! They always went above and beyond whenever we had an issue that needed fixing. They were kind, considerate & helpful in so many different ways. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property! They were great!

Literally pick ANYONE else. They will not fix anything that’s broken (we waited on a toilet seat cover for 8 months, imagine if that was something serious!!!). Fixed the leaky sink myself which had a RUSTY bucket underneath when we moved in and basically turned to dust in my hand it was so rusty. Apartment was DISGUSTING upon move in and we had no help and very little responsiveness throughout our tenancy. Krown is the WORST case scenario, don’t waste your money.In regards to the response: We we’re young tenants and didn’t fully understand that we were moving into a dump until it was too late so while we did discuss some things prior to move in (like the random assortment of nails in the wall of the master bedroom that we pushed to get removed to no avail) we did not want to push too hard.We called about a leaky sink, broken doorbell, and faulty fire alarm approximately 2 weeks after move in. I very much regret not putting this in email.I am certainly MORE upset that we left the dump we moved into in good condition with on place missed and are being penalized as a result but it’s fair to say that this wasn’t the start of it.Dealing with this company has been nothing but trouble from the first day. I think prospective tenants have a right to know that dealing with this company will be hell from the day they move in until well after they’ve moved out.If you have any other option, it’s better than this!

They are the kind of people who believe that if you take care of their properties they will take care of you. Have recommended MANY people to them because of how they treat us.
