Well stocked and well laid out. Pricey but not overly so. Look for the sale items, which are usually really well priced.

The best fancier grocery household consumable goods store in the areas I frequent. Sells some pricier organic/eco-blah things but sometimes it's a bit cheaper to get that same thing here than at another store. And if not cheaper it's still got a decent selection for its size so it's a good bet to try finding things here.

This is a grocery and largely health supply store. I was surprised at the ratio of fresh product and grocery to dry goods including food, spices, snacks, supplements, cleaners, pet items, frozen items, baby, books, beauty, etc. I did think there would be more fresh foods. There is a small section of meats, and baked goods. The store is very well staffed - I must have seen a dozen employees. There is a sign inside offering carry out of your groceries, and the nearby underground parking is free for an hour. Items vary between/including local, vegetarian, vegan, organic, raw, pesticide free, free range, etc. The store has some bulk nuts, seeds, flours. I was surprised there weren't more bulk containers available for those who are eco-conscious. The plastic bags at produce say biodegradable, and there are paper and plastic bags available at checkout. There is a dedicated beauty counter with a variety cosmetics and a dedicated staff member. There is a reduced produce shelf hiding by the back corner near the washroom, though these looked very past due to me. There are many end cap shelves with featured products and sales. Aisles seem too narrow if your have a wide stroller or motorized wheelchair.Tbh, I am unfamiliar with most health supply and grocery stores, and have never been to an Ambrosia before. I don't know what is considered good pricing for specialty places like this so I have left that comparison out in favour of pictures showing some of the pricing.

Poor service at drug section. I was there today at 9:30am and I was looking for a supplement omega 3 and the lady were working there she didn’t help me and ignored me. I had some questions but just decide to pick a random product. I talked to manger to let her know they have issue there and the drug section lady start arguing with me!!! The other young guy standing beside was making fun by non stop laughing and it was like they gang up already. At the end I just left the shop and returned the product. It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.

I like the store, prices and products are generally good. Some staff are quite nice and helpful but a few that work the cash are horribly unfriendly, to the point that I cringe when i I know I have to be checked out by them.

Better deals than Whole Foods for organic groceries usually. I like the Avenue Road Ambrosia because they offer to carry your bags down to your car which helps us as a family. The workers there seem to enjoy their jobs and have Smiles on their faces

You can find everything in Ambrosia: fresh and organic fruits and vegetables, amazing fish and meat, incredible assortment of vitamins, and the list goes on and on; and the best part is that you can order products that they circumstantially don’t have. I placed an order for colloidal silver with Niko, and in a week got Niko’s call starting with “good news”. Niko and the rest of the staff go the extra mile on customer service. We are so happy to have you in the neighbourhood.Thank You so much!

Unlike most stores selling groceries, this store charges 5 cents for each shopping beg during COVID. This despite the fact that the store charges much more for many items than other stores including Whole Foods. Fir example, they charge about $1 (20%) more for Oat Milk.The store offers 1 hour free parking in the underground parking. When I was in (about 1pm), there were very few customers in the store and plenty of polite employees.They have good variety of many products
