This place does not care about clients, only taking the government money, without doing their job . I contacted them over 30 times with phone calls and voicemails no one ever got back to me . I was trying to get a pardon. It took some time to find out who’s in charge, her name is Sarah, contacted her numerous times to file a complaint. Found it starts at the top . She hasn’t contacted me either. They don’t care about the public and actually helping people. I’ve contacted numerous government officials to let them know what John Howard is actually doing with the money. I do not recommend this place. They are a disgusting. Represent nothing. I work in recovery we are in the business of helping others. They are in the business of helping themselves.

The ones I dealt with went above and beyond to help me, couldn't ask for more helpful or friendly people.

Very weird place I don't recommend.

Staff/workers are polite and friendly.They took care of everything that I needed.
