They moved my appointment. When I come for new one. I had to wait around 30 min. Why we arrange an appointment if I had to wait anyway. I asked to send me document to my email. But they haven't sent it.

Did not follow the instructions while notarizing a photo so I had to go there twice to get it done properly. Also had to visit Service Canada twice because of this!So sick of people not doing their job properly.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. This place serve worst costumer service with poorest professional attitude. I to need a letter to be notarized for my daughter's passport. On the other hand, we couldn't travel my home country because the letter which I need for passport they did it wrong 3 times. I had to wait for passport 5months. The staff and owner are very unprofessional and don't even feel apologizatic.Hi Ms. Tanya, I read your comment below and I would like to give you a reply...yes I had some problems being a newcomer in Canada at that moment. I had a young child and I was not able to work. This is what I mentioned in my documents which I have notarized at your place but I never shared or discussed it with you personally or with your staff. Instead of improving your services and accepting your mistake, you are disclosing my private information publicly. I am surprised to see your unprofessionalism. I shared what I have not been through because of your negligence.Now I have to explain the correct situation which I have been through. I have come to you for the first time for a visa application sponsorship letter. I called your office before coming there, where your staff shared with different changers, and later when I charged a different amount. I asked your staff and they told me that the staff is new. She was not aware of it and I understand the situation. Here, I want to mention that I asked for the type of application your staff did and asked me to read it. When I read it there were lots of mistakes. I asked for corrections, then again she made mistakes. Of course, reading documents takes time.The second time, I came with a declaration form in February which I needed for the passport. I asked and mentioned that I am planning to visit my home country in July. Do you know how to do it? You notarized it without reading the forms. After 2 and half months I got a refusal where the passport office mentioned that the forms are not correctly notarized. So, I had to come once again and you did it wrong again. I called your office and shared it with your staff but I didn't receive any response from them, not from you. I had to come again to you in June to receive the correct document. Here

Hi there Tanya, I got your feedback but please do not lie. Do you want to insert a picture where it shows the time I called you guys and I confirmed the appointment before coming over ask your receptionist you were not even in the office when she booked an appointment and she said that you will be there 1015 I went there there was somebody else waiting for you as well. We did 45 minutes you’re very Velde weird so stop lying it might appointment was confirmed she even called you twice to find out where you are and that I am awaiting.

Though most of the notaries are busy, this one here lead by Tanya is by far best in terms of communication, quality of service and updating their clients though they were super busy. Since I was a first time home buyer, Tanya went over all the documents in detail with me . I would recommend her to anyone whos looking for a professional Notary
