I needed to have all 17 windows in my house replaced and had requested quotes from several companies that I had narrowed my search down to.Chad with Sherwood Windows and Doors was easily my top choice after meeting him and hearing what he had to say about my windows. I told him what I wanted done based on my knowledge and after looking through my house, he was the only contractor that told me what I DIDN'T need done. He was very open and honest with pricing and didn't use the typical salesman" approach. He explained the whole process from start to finish very thoroughly. Chad did the work himself with one other crew member. This was a big plus for me as many other companies send a salesman for the quote and a completely different crew for the job - never know what your going to get. They completed all 17 windows in a day and a half while keeping my house as clean as possible given the amount of work being done.I was so happy with the work he did

I can't begin to thank Chad enough for helping me out.My mother's door got kicked in by the police because she needed medical support. The door had to be replaced. Unfortunately, the door had to be specific because of the Condo board requirements.Now I'm not a door guy, so I didn't know where to begin.I called Chad for some guidance, and without even asking, he took it upon himself to hunt the door down for me. When I suggested to Chad that I could look for the door at the big box stores, he informed me he had already done that for me!He tracked the door I needed and placed the order for me. Now, the property is 4 hours from Edmonton, so Chad won't be able to do the installation.So Chad did all this work for me even though their was no way for him to even benefit from his own work. Leaving a good review is the least I can do for him.Thanks Chad!

Chad had redone my very old and dysfunctional doors. He was very honest, caring about my house, efficient, and the list goes on. I went back to him to replace all my old basement windows, and he did such a wonderful job. I'm so in love with it, and knowing they are installed properly makes me at ease. Chad at Sherwood Windows and doors was by far the best “Man” for the job! We had already replaced our two garden doors one and a half years ago, through another company (hadn’t heard of Chad’s company at that time), and due to poor installation and door quality we are already having water issues. It took us almost 2 years to get someone out to replace the doors. Chad was certainly worth the wait! Yes, he is a bit more costly than most, however the quality of product and the knowledge and quality work are worth the extra money in our opinion. We had some concerns upon completion and Chad came right out and explained why he did things the way he did which totally made sense and eased all our concerns. Lots of people would have taken our money and ran. He knows his stuff and was great to work with. We will certainly be keeping his number for further renovation needs. Thanks Chad!

Fantastic and friendly service! Chad responded to my questions quickly and was very informative throughout the process right from the quote to the installation. As a first time window buyer I felt comfortable with everything. 100% recommend him to anyone looking for an installation company and if we get our doors changed will be phoning him again!

Chad is amazing to work with. Very responsive and honest. We really trusted him with what he was telling us when he initially came out to quote us, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Chad and his work partner, Trace, replaced all the windows and one door in our home and they did a fantastic job. I work from home, so they were very respectful of the noise (as much as possible), entering and exiting the home, and were very clean. They also kept us updated the entire time and were always there when they said they would be. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to go above and beyond on a window and/or door installation in their home!
