I usually love this place, however they have been getting my order wrong lately. I usually get a little bacon cheeseburger with extra bacon. The extra bacon used to be free, now they charge extra.. which OK, I understand.. however last time I went they charged me extra and gave NO bacon at all.

It's a five guys, everyone looks the same so decor/atmosphere gets an average rating. What makes this establishment successful is their amazing attention to detail, staff and determination go succeed. If you are Squimish about pricing in today's economy skip this place as it can get expensive. But if you have the extra funds and can afford the pricing, it's one of the best burgers in town period. My family and I go once a week as a treat! So lovely

Good fast food burger. A little pricey for the burger portions, but you get a lot of fries. A lot. The regular burger has two patties, but they aren't that big. You'll fill up on fries though. They are one of the better burgers when it comes to fast food places. Lots of burger toppings to choose from. Go all the way.Free peanuts and free drink refills are bonus, while you wait. Service isn't as fast as most fast food chains, but not too bad, when it's not busy.

Burgers are alright.. not bad, but not the best thing you'll ever taste. Employees treat you like they don't care. Boxes of peanuts fell while I was in line, and I had to catch them so they didn't spill all ice the floor.. the staff didn't seem to care.

Always a great meal at Five Guys. This time though, they gave me completely green tomato slices. I asked for ripe tomato but was told these were perfectly fine and that all their tomatoes looked like that. I was offered a replacement burger, but this seemed unnecessary. As I began to eat, an employee quietly brought me some ripe tomato slices, so...all good.

I chose 5 stars because the burgers are delicious... debated 4 stars only because 5 Guys is costly.. but what isn't these days. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Always lots of delivery pickups waiting while you're there, but they clear them out quick.

Had a small (single) burger with mustard mayo fried onions lettuce and tomato of course the fries are awesome and the root beer was cold maybe the best what I call traveling burger as in in and out quick what I really like is it is made to order and fresh and hot .Not a cheap meal at over 21 dollars total tax in but tastey and filling .
