I was travelling from Calgary to Combermere and my truck was stalling. I limped into Thunder Bay late and the next morning called D&M. Not only did they look at my truck immediately, but they got on the repair and fixed it asap to get me back on the road. As a “woman with a sick truck” I was worried about being taken advantage of, but these guys put me at ease right away, explained everything, showed me the damaged part and took it out for a drive to make sure there’s were no further issues before handing me back the keys. My family and friends were so relieved that it was taken care of so quickly and a bad yesterday turned into a better today thanks to D&M!Highly recommend!

Jason and the guys at D & M really helped me out in a pinch when I was stopping through Thunder Bay on a cross Canada road trip. Super friendly and accommodating. Fair price and made me feel at ease that I could get back on the road safely. Great shop!

A great experience with Dave and Marco. We drove in from Montreal and our trunk latch broke along the way. I spoke to Dave at 8 AM, he managed to source the part by 9AM, and we had a new latch for our trip to Calgary by about 3PM. The best part is that the rate was great. These guys go out of their way to help travelers, are centrally located, and really deserve your business. A++

Wow! What an amazing experience. I was travelling to Thunder Bay to pick up my wife and dog, not expecting the extreme heat. Of course, no a/c!! My wife called Thursday night, they said be there first thing Friday morning!! I was in and out in just over and hour with ICE cold a/c! Walked me through the whole process, and was very reasonable $-wise! It was a very comfortable ride home for everyone. Thank you very much for getting me in and out quickly so we could return home to Calgary on schedule!! A very professional shop and top end technicians. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area! So glad I found this shop, would use again in a heartbeat!!

We are travelling from Nova Scotia to Alberta when outside Thunder Bay our engine light came on. I called 2 dealers who said possibly tomorrow afternoon they could look at the car. I randomly picked this place to look at our car. They took us in as soon as we got there. Super friendly and did not take advantage of someone who didn’t know better. Luckily it was a small glitch and an hour later we were on the road again. Imagine if we had just gone with the dealer? Day and half of driving lost! Cost of hotel and meals while we waited!I highly recommend taking your repairs here as they are lovely, professional and not scamming anyone!! Thank you thank you

amazing . middle of winter driving from pei to alberta we have mechanical issues near thunder bay , every shop interrupts me mid sentence to say they cannot help us, booked til new year, and D&M got us in to assess issue so we could determine how to proceed getting home for Christmas . very grateful

I got scammed! They fixed more then we agreed upon and charged me a big bill. Jason very rude staff. Do not recommend!
