The staff at this location are friendly and very efficient....even when the drive thru lineup is long, they always seem to get the line moving quickly. They get my order right and seem to have things in stock more than any other Tim's in the area.

Kayson I believe his name is was absolutely incredible today. I accidentally sent my mobile order to the wrong location but he still made me my coffee and tea when I showed him that I did place an order. He was so sweet ! Great customer service from that young man!!

My review is based off of one sole visit, but it was incredibly slow. When I entered, there was a lineup of several people, and a group of workers were singing happy birthday to someone while approaching them in the drive thru. I think these types of celebrations are so important for morale, mental health, and overall culture, but I also think there’s a time and a place. While the drive thru line has over 12 cars and there are 5+ people waiting in line doesn’t seem like the time nor the place, but perhaps they are usually busier. Either way, once that event ended, the service remained incredibly slow. My order was taken but it seemed as though it was the gentleman’s first time taking an iced coffee order. Once my coffee was ready I waited for a bagel with butter for almost 7 minutes and there was only one food order ahead of mine (another bagel). There was barely any butter on the bagel and it was over toasted. The restaurant didn’t feel very clean, but the workers did seem friendly.

This location always has fresh donuts. And they are good! They use a good amount of chocolate for their chocolate dip donuts. So much better than the Timmie's in the GTA! Drive thru service can be a bit slow but it's worth the wait! The parking lot is tiny but you can usually find a spot... I think more people are going in the drive thru.

Worst service ever, please hire English speaking people with respect and manners. Super disrespectful, got called a woman when I am a man. Could have told us that the debit machine was broken when we ordered at the speaker not at the window. People working there cannot understand basic English and started to yell at us. If I could put zero stars I 100% would.

This location has not changed since my last review, I have stopped going to this location as it is faster to use the Tim's at innisfil Beach rd and 400 then it is to get a coffee at the innisfil location

The store has its renowned experience of service ,the staff is in proper attire and service speed with quality is attained by the customer .Honestly best Tim Hortons in the area

It's a hang out spot, very busy. Constant order mix ups and mistakes. Only get a smile out of 1 or 2 of the cash workers and window persons, 1 specifically tho I think she may have a twin at this location, total sweetheart. Nice every time I go in always a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely disgusted with this Tim Hortons location. The 2 staff members that worked last night May 7th at 10pm should be fired. The did not say that the debit machine was down upon ordering, when we arrived at the window we were told and yelled at. They had the nerve to call one of the males a female (who is in fact transgender) when he corrected them that he was a sir they laughed and kept calling him a “ma’m. The staff members could barely speak or understand English. When I called the store today to log my complaint the store manager “HAMANISH” refused to assist me in any way shape or form. Do yourselves a favour and don’t support this location. They are highly discriminatory and not a safe place.

Drive thru was incredibly slow and person at the window was unapologetic, didn't say hello, goodbye nothing. Wrap was not wrapped tight BBQ sauce all over outside of wrap. Tea tasted burnt if that's possible. Unimpressed by whole experience.
