Kinnaird Bagpipes was very quick to respond to my inquiries.This company has a very professional web site that is easy to navigate and use.The products offered are among the worlds best and used by world- class , award winning pipers.Set-up and testing of the pipes was included in my purchase along with blow pipe resizing.The shipping was prompt; with tracking, and well packaged.I would most definitely recommend Kinnaird Bagpipes to anyone who is serious about professionalism and quality !The 10 year product warranty on the McCallum pipe set purchased isalso a great comfort.

Having ordered with Kinnairds for the band (and personally) for years (especially after we got to meet Rob in person) we have found that they are extremely well versed in their product line up and the expertise extends also into their great customer service. Definitely recommend anybody if you're curious about them to give them a call, they can walk you through your purchase easily.
