Why does it say its open on google when the location is temporarily closed. Firstly, it does not have a proper map location that i can rely on to find the office...secondly, no one in the mall (Jackson square) knows what side it is located.....we went around the mall for 3 times and it took us almost an hour to find out where the office is and after that long walk what did we find?...IT IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED...it is unacceptable and just terrible.

It is located right above nations(bay st exit), 2nd floor for whoever is trying to visit.All covid protocols are being followed by staf, i went for my biometrics appointment, it was done in mere 8-10 mins, very professional people.

This location of Service Canada at 2 King Street West of Hamilton Ontario has moved to new locations in Hamilton Ontario ... to Upper James Street South and to 700 Queenston Rd near Nash Rd. ... they moved out on January 24 2022

I had a problem with my bar code reader and visited this office on Monday , Oct 25th and while the passport worked on their readers I was offered the opportunity to apply for a new one . I believe I dealt with Tanya . Service was excellent including gentlemen handling door security . New passport arrived Oct 28th around noon at my home . I can't say enough about how good my experience was ....in all aspects.

Came to the office at 2pm on a Thursday. Out of 21 counters, only 2 are open! .... it's over an hour and a half wait easily, though they say 20 - 30mins. I lost my license and need a need one, and have all the correct paperwork.... I would not recomend this location.
