I stayed here on a weekday and only for one night, and Was a later evening Check in.The girl on the desk was great. And she did everything she could to accomidate my last minute stay.For being Hinton this hotel was pretty good. I had the 4th floor which was quiet as could be with all the traffic in the main highway beside the building.The room was clean, a little wear and tear forsure. But my big complaint was both the bed and pillows. Uncomfortable as all hell, and the pillows were so old and worn out, it took 2 of them to barely add up to the thickness of 1 pillow... barely slept at all as a resultHaving a deck was super nice though

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool & hot tub but upon check-in was informed it was closed for maintenance, which was not stated on the website or booking confirmation. We were given a schedule for the local rec center by the front desk staff.The room was fairly sized, clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great whenever we needed extra towels or toiletries, super nice & helpful.Aside from one disgruntled room across from us it was quiet, we didn't hear or see anyone aside from getting breakfast in the mornings.

We stayed in July, 2023. The superior room was fantastic, very spacious and almost like an apartment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.I found it odd that there wasn’t any cream available for coffee, only the disgusting powder creamer.They don’t offer fresh towels daily, only every third day.Location was great. If you like Indian food then drop in at the restaurant on-site. The food was amazing.You could hear the traffic slightly and the a/c was a bit noisy, but the beds were very comfortable.The buffet had a wide range of food for all tastes.I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jasper, as it’s only a 40 minute trip in to town.Overall a great stay!

We stopped off at this hotel on our trip across Canada .We arrived late and it took a while to find someone to check in .The rooms are spacious and the air conditioning kicks in intermittently keeping the room nice and cool . The beds are very comfortable.Breakfast is complimentary. We found on our first morning ,a lot of things we had to ask for. and felt we were being an inconvenience asking . There was no sausage and scrambled egg as someone had broken the lid of the warmer .Which was fixed and working for the second day. The apple juice had run out .A big let down was the pool, which we could not use the pool as it is closed for refurbishment. It seems reading the reviews that it has been out of action for a long time.The rubbish bin outside of the hotel was overflowing .The bathroom sink was a bit dated with lots of scratch marks .Maybe our standards are too high

I stop here on my many trips from Vancouver to Saskatoon & I am alone traveling- as a woman I Always feel safe here in my room, pool & gym, the staff are awesome, the rooms are comfy / clean & quiet. The breakfast is a full size & the food down the street delivers amazing pizza /sandwiches & wings.The price is excellent

Would leave a 0 star review if I could. Biggest reason for booking was the pool however it was closed and by the looks of the other reviews now it's been closed for months. The beds were terrible! One was sagged in the middle and I had a spring pushing into my hip! Went to make coffee in the morning and the coffee maker had crusties in the water side. Paid way more then this place is worth and would have been better off sleeping in my vehicle. Save yourself the money and stay somewhere else!

Quality accommodations for a great value. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well equipped with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, even a toaster. Shower had almost enough water pressure and water was hot. The bed was comfortable too. We traveled with two small dogs and the hotel welcomed pets at a reasonable cost. We didn't feel like we were relegated to the pet" room
