Resturant was filthy. The quarter pounder BLT had about 1/2 a cup of sauce, a lonnie sized tomato and a patty that was cold and tasted like cardboard.

Nearly everyday I’m going through the driveway to collect my $1 icecream cone, and as you pull up to the kiosk, this recorded voice yells, “ARE YOU COLLECTING POINT ON THE APP”, and every time I say yes, and without fail, the McDonalds worker ignores my response and proceeds to get my order WITHOUT getting my code. WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT RECORDED MESSAGE IF YOU’RE GONNA IGNORE WHAT THE CUSTOMER RESPONDS WITH!? On the positive side, the icecream at this location does NOT miss, their machine is never broken, and they will stack as much icecream as possible onto that little cone. More often than not, my cone is being handed to me at an angle because the sheer quantity of the icecream must be balanced at a precarious angle to keep it all on, and it’s fantastic. And every time, the worker handing me that icecream will have a twinkle in their eye, as they recognize that they are handing me a ridiculous amount of icecream for the low-cost of $1.05. To recap, I beg you to get rid of that recorded voice, or follow up on my desire to collect points. And finally, the icecream here is primo, you will not regret it.

Virtually no meat in the Snack Wrap?Also there was no yogurts in the happy meal, and I waited probably 15 minutes for my order.

Maybe this is new or maybe we were special. We received table service at this location. I felt like I should of left a tip. The entire experience was incredible. Old school practice with modern Sophistication. Much respect to the staff and the person who implemented this idea.We had 8 people and we had our meals at 1136am. lunch

Today my experience changed. The woman working the drive thru will ruin your day she is a grouch and rude. I recommend going inside. She worked 23/03/2023 at 5pm!They didn't even make my mcdouble right.

I thought I left a had review the last time I ate here but now I'm in disbelief on how a fast food restaurant could be so poorly managed and how unprofessional the management staff was we waited 25 mins 2 happy meals, a double big Mac meal and a Angus burger just to have my kids chocolate milk was bad and my wife found a earing back in her burger we couldn't even finish our meal in my opinion eating here is a waste of money and I won't be coming back this time

Although the order computers make ordering easy... The Big Mac was a little warmer than cold, the lettuce of the salad was not crisp, the fries were somewhat soggy, but the toys with the Happy Meals were a success...

McDonald's in Slave Lake is one of the main fast foods here in Slave Lake. Their floors are well maintained, they have self serve or order at desk with a 2 window drive through. Their staff is genuinely cheery. However their table maintenance is poor and it's hard to find a table that's clean or at least not as dirty after other customers use. This is a sanitation problem that should be retified as it concerns the public and all who wish to eat at a table. Till this is rectified my review will remain the same with 3 stars.
