Instructor Sam did an excellent job of presenting the concepts and skills to the group. He patiently answered questions and gave many examples and explanations that helped us retain this valuable info!Definitely recommend.

Jenna was an amazing first aid coach. I struggle with staying focused and retaining information but she made it entertaining and kept me on task. Made me feel okay if I didn't get it right away and was really encouraging about being a First Aider. Thank you for making my Saturday course fun and worth it.

Brandy was absolutely great. She had lots of important knowledge to share from personal experiences through out the course. I definitely feel more prepared to handle an emergency situation after her training.

My instructor was Jenna and she was such a great teacher. She was nice, funny and a amazing educator in general. I was hardly ever lost and she created a nice environment where I felt comfortable asking any questions I had. 10/10 I’m glad I learned such an important topic like first aid from her :)

Great course! Made a usually boring and awkward day fun and applicable. I really appreciated that consent was emphasized and physical touch between partners was limited to only what was really necessary, as I usually find that to be the most uncomfortable part of first aid courses. Jenna’s enthusiasm and knowledge was awesome! Will definitely recertify through Alert First Aid.

Great CPR course, I like the online portion prior, cuts time in the class and you can go at your own pace. Had Sam as an instructor and he was great! Made the learning environment fun and he had lots of experience to share. Would retake CPR courses here again!

I was really not looking forward to doing the first aid course today. The sun was shining, it was a nice hot day out and it seemed like torture to be in a classroom doing this first-aid course. But my bad mood quickly changed as Jenna started to instruct our group and she was by far the best instructor I've ever had for first aid. She was engaging, funny, concise in her delivery of information, and just an all around nice and caring person. Because of Jenna I had a great first aid course and the day flew by. Thank you, Jenna!
