A few weeks, I’ve completed a 6 weeks session of the GLA-D program at Cross Works Physio for a sore hip. This place is the real deal: the staff is so friendly and eager to help, very kind and pleasant. Ryan you’re so kind and patient with all of your clients, i was most impressed . By the way I can walk 20 min + and no sore hip. Thank you for your professionalism , knowledge and kindness . I so appreciate you.I also want to acknowledge how kind and wonderful Allison and Taylor were. Always service with a smile. I was impressed how they make an effort to learn your name and remembering it the second time they meet you. They made me feel welcome and special. Highly recommend the place. Marielle B

I am a huge fan of Cross Works and I always look forward to my weekly appointments. I see both Jenny and Ryan, and both physios are fantastic, kind and very knowledgeable. What I like most about Cross Works is the patient experience. At Cross Works, you are not just a number - your visit is not just a quick in and out. The physios take the time to get to know you and your lifestyle. They treat you for the FULL half hour (this is unheard of at most physios!)I also love how Cross Works encourages an active lifestyle - you are not just given a stretch and told to rest - you are given exercises to help strengthen your body and get you back to where you want to be. I could not recommend more!

I first met my one and only physiotherapist probably 15 years ago. I had tendinitis in both shoulders and she worked on me diligently until dry needling cured my shoulder and arm pain.I was pain free for years until arthritis entered my elderly life. Once again, she is thoroughly and patiently coming to my rescue.I will always be grateful for her help

I really can't say enough about Cross Works. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcome. Allison has a lot to do with that! Jenny and Ryan are amazing, not only from a technical perspective, but in their caring attitudes! I know the other physiotherapists are just the same, I just haven't had personal experience with them. There are personal treatment rooms. The appointments are 30 minutes, not 20. No assembly line feeling. That extra time makes a huge difference.Ryan worked so hard during the first lockdown to make sure that virtual appointments were available when we couldn't go in person. Thankfully, the in person appointments have continued, even during this lockdown.Lastly, I want to mention how safe I have felt in the clinic during Covid! The safety protocols are second to none. You won't be disappointed.

I am so happy I found this place when I moved to Sarnia. I go for dry needling and with the help of Reva Henderson the Therapist this has helped me a lot with frozen shoulder and sciatic. Give it a try if you have any type of physicalIssue that is hindering you from proper movement. Your body will be happy you did

I had physio a few years ago, at another business in town - and was frustrated with the lack of progress and seemingly endless appointments without any effective solutions. I eventually ended it, and got alternative treatments which solved my issue. With a recent shoulder issue I thought I'd try it again - and I had the fortunate privilege of being treated by Jenna Veens over the course of a few months. Jenna was intuitive, talented, sensitive and witty. She treated me with professional care. I saw continued progress and even she suggested I skip weeks because of my progress. My issue with my shoulder is now completely healed, and I couldn't be happier with Jenna and Cross Works. Highly recommended.Ask for Jenna.

Excellent health care. With regular sessions I saw improvement to recover from serious injury. The staff made me feel welcome and put in maximum effort to help me see results. Also, Cross Works took me as a patient amongst the difficult times of 2021 when most places were closed and turning me away. Top notch health care.

There is a terrific team at Cross Works. I have been working with Jenny since the day my cast was removed two months ago. She has provided fantastic care, addressed all of my concerns, created home exercise plans and, most importantly, given me the encouragement to keep going even on the tough days. I am confident my return to work will be successful thanks to her hard work and dedication to my needs.I would highly recommend this facility.

Admin staff not very knowledgable or friendly when they don’t know an answer they make it up which is extremely frustrating when they communicate False! information to your insurance company. Should you be going through insurance I would suggest to keep a close eye on your scheduled appointments and all information being communicated to them. It’s hard enough dealing with a brain injury and keeping track of everything let alone the people who you are trusting to help you get better misinform everyone in your care circle They are certainly not in it for you and your betterment at cross works. Be wary!
