Absolutely horribly rude woman on the desk. Called to comment about a problem I'm having with a supply and she did nothing but argue with me that I'm doimg something wrong. Then accuses me of not paying my bill for an invoice that they sent out 4 months late. Once again I had to inform her that the payment was made after I called in to get my total, knowing that an invoice was never coming, and they had already cashed the cheque over a month ago. Same service from her everytime. The gentleman working their is pleasant, but I'll happily pay more to bring my stuff from the US so I dnt have to deal with this rude, incompetent woman again.
