These guys were great! They were friendly and helpful and best of all they got my new shower install plumbing problems solved. Pricing is reasonable. Would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and his crew.

Eazy Peazy Plumbing probably has the worst communication I’ve dealt with. Very unreliable, and may even “ghost” you. I phoned Jeff up for an estimate. He did show up, provided a quote, and after that we tried scheduling a day to get the work done. Everything was great initially. At first communication was prompt, but later the communication fell apart and Jeff would not respond back to follow-up emails regarding schedule a time to come in. My wife tried calling 2x, but he would indicate via text that he would call back later the night or even the next morning. We are still waiting on that call unfortunately (it’s been probably 1.5 weeks and counting). Maybe the job was “too easy” and too small for him. Nonetheless if this is how Jeff operates I wouldn’t be recommending him to others, which is unfortunate.

I had an issue with my furnace. The problem turned out to be not what I thought and costed more than I thought and I had some concerns. Easy Peazy was accommodating and showed how valiant they are in their effort to satisfy the customer. Thank you very much. It feels good to support a local, independent business and obtain great service from it.

I had called many plumbers throughout the day and always felt fishy about most of them just on how they even answered the phone! Just had a good feeling talking with the owner Jeff. Jeff was very quick to respond to my inquiry and in a very short time we worked out a price and a date and time to perform the work. Unfortunately, it was one hour AFTER the scheduled time and after I reached out to him to find out where he was that he advised he has been having some complications health wise these days and hasn't worked for a while. He also advised that he would not likely be able to do the work for another week. I had to hire someone else to do this work. I understand fully that people have health challenges, however, It's unfortunate that Jeff couldn't have given me a heads up the day prior to the work being scheduled - I wouldn't have booked off work and my tenant wouldn't have been inconvenienced. I wish him well and I hope he regains his health soon.

I selected this company after contacting a referral company which indicated it had a 10/10 rating and reading the glowing reviews. Jeff - the owner - advised as it was near the middle of December, that he could not schedule an appointment for 2 weeks. Greatly influenced by those positive reviews, I decided to wait until contacting the 2 other companies the renovation referral service recommended.On the day of the appointment, I texted Jeff that morning to confirm. An hour before the appointment, Jeff texted to advise that he had come down with a nasty flu" and would send "Tom"...I had no idea that Tom was not a part of his company until the work was well underway. An hour later for just under $300

Found Jeff on trusted pros. Best quote so we investigated the company and hired him to replace our water heater. He did a great job quickly and thoroughly. We are very pleased with Jeff. Highly recommended.

Very Professional Service. Came in to fix my parents furnace. Knew the problem with one check, and installed a new part. All was done in a timely manner for a great price!
