Really bad behaviour of employees. Literally she was yelling. She was quite rude. She was gossiping with other employee in different language. Will never go there. On top of that I asked for less ice in my drink and she put alot of ice. Employees are unable to understand English.Disgusting experience. Not recommended at all.

Ordered extra chinese broccoli and paid extra meal come out to close $20, also left a tip. Upon opening the meal at home I'm surprised to find no extra items despite paying for it. Unable to get a hold of the store as they don't pick up their phone. Do yourself one extra and just avoid this location.Edit: As a response to the response from the owner" I've already emailed thai express to express my frustration. I've also included my receipt and photos of my meal. If you're going to response to my post with "please contact us so we can follow up" please do so to ensure customer satisfaction

A 1 star is even too high of a rating... I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service me and my friend received today. When I received the wrong order, I went to the counter to let the employees know about the misunderstanding. I began the conversation very calmly, but as the conversation continued the employee began to raise her voice at me. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, she continued to deny any responsibility and shooed my and my friend away telling us to leave the store. It is astonishing that employees treat paying customers this way. Every employee there was disgustingly rude to us and should not be working in customer service. I asked for a manager or the store owner, and when I asked for any type of contact information to report the situation they refused to provide it. It is safe to say we will not be returning to this location if they feel it is okay to scam and yell at the customers. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered 2 beef pad Thai, one spicy and one mild. they did not bother writing on the boxes anything to differentiate them and the lady there was very rude and told me “they make no money when you use coupons”. So why did their store opt-in to be part of that offer? too bad there is no option to rate them 0/5 stars.

Nice tasty food. Same tasty food every time I visit. Pleasant customer service...I'm going edit my previous review and add some more info.Went in today 19january 2018 and picked up chicken Tom Yam soup to go.I got to my office and all the soup was in the basket. The plastic container cracked and it was in the plastic bag along with the carboard piece that are.putting under the container.I called their number and no answer. Left my name and phone number, but no one called. In the light of this quick and prompt customer service and along with a soup that is not a soup any longer...I have revise my review ...and give them 2 stars

I went to this location today after not going for almost 3 years. I ordered the Sweet & Sour Chicken and the Tom Yum Soup Chicken PLUS Shrimp, which the man taking my order repeated very clearly - and charged an additional $5.45 for the shrimp. I thought that was quite expensive, $17.63 for the Tom Yum Soup alone?! Seriously?? The kicker, they DID NOT include the shrimp!!! Complete RIP OFF. I wish I read the other reviews, the warnings were there. I won't be going back. I can get better food at that high a cost and not be ripped off.

My veggies in the General Thai Mango were tasting very heavy like smoke. Too much smoke, the entire order was a miss. I couldn't finish it. I don't recomend, unfortunately.

Got veggie pad Thai and general Tao chicken.This is how much chicken they put. No sauce. This isn’t what they serve at the usual location I go to.Just terrible, no sauce and very little chicken. Don’t recommend. Find another location.
