Good sirs and madams, I doth give my stamp of approval to the Egg & I! The Signature Omlette was a delight to the taste buds, with its rich and savory flavors. And let us not forget the Mimosas, so very delicious and pleasing to the palate. It is a fine establishment, one that I highly recommend. If you seek a meal to fill your belly and warm your heart, then prithee, do visit the Egg & I!

When I recently visited Egg & I in Ancaster, I found that the service was slow with only one server who was doing a great job. We had 4 different servers that we kept getting rotated between. The ham and bacon had too much salt on them, and the pancakes could have been better. The eggs also did not taste fresh.

This is an excellent restaurant that delivers everything you would want from an all day breakfast joint. It has tonnes of seating, great service, large portions, good prices and daily food and drink specials. I ordered the Eggs Florentine. It was delicious and they did not hold back on the hollandaise sauce. While the place wasn't busy, it looks like it has a lot of regular clients, which is always a nice sign. I would recommend this place for delicious food and good service.

I love the Egg and I. Such a great little gem of a breakfast spot, and if you're a lover of eggs benny like me, they've got a great selection. Their home fries are some of the best around! Definitely recommend.

My wife and I have visited the Ancaster location a number of times. By far the best Eggs Benedict with Ham around the Mountain area. The Cobb Salad is excellent as well. Service is great and the servers are very attentive and look after the customer. Great value for the money!

Come here anytime I’m in the mood for comfort food or I’m in a pinch. My fridge broke down and they fed me for a week. The staff is super friendly. Highly recommend the south of the border omelette and the special French toast with mascarpone filling! (Side note: the decor is a little outdated but I hope they don’t change it because that’s part of the charm).

Hands down the best breakfast place I’ve ever been to. I’ve visited this location 4 times and their quality never fails. The bbq chicken burger was tender, juicy. The fries are always crispy. The eggs Benedict was so creamy and delicious. The price is definitely right too! The waitress was very attentive and kind. 10/10!

Great atmosphere. Despite being busy and I was on my own, they seated me very quickly. Prompt friendly service. The chefs were putting out lots of plates of yummy looking food quickly. They seem to take great pride in their work and were smiling while they worked. I ordered the junior boss breakfast (at Sunday lunchtime) and it came fast. It had two pancakes, an egg (scrambled for me), 2 sausages (or you can have bacon or ham) and golden hash browns. The server also upon request brought me some reduced sugar maple syrup. All the food was very good.

Obviously new ownership. Stopped going there a long time ago, glad I tried them again! Great food, wonderful service! I will certainly be returning! Good portions - you are full when you leave!
