The chocolate chip cookie is definitely a must try, sweet (not overly) soft in the center and with a crispy rim on the outside. The chocolate bomb was delicious, it melts in your mouth leaving a nice dark chocolate flavor. The atmosphere was nice and cheerful, the staff very friendly. The only thing that I did not like is that the bathrooms did not have water service

Warm, old fashioned spot with possibly some of the greatest cookies of all time. Only problem is there are no outlets (at least from what I could tell) so not the greatest place to work but still very nice to hang out (and eat yummy thicc cookies) !

Tried this spot after hearing great things but unfortunately wasn’t too impressed. Was excited to try their croissants and cookies but they did not taste fresh and could’ve easily been store bought. The service was alright but the price seemed too high for the quality of goods. Wouldn’t recommend.

I heard they had really good cookies and as a cookie lover, I just had to try! The salted caramel cookie was soooo amazing honestly I have no idea why it wasn't rated the best cookie over the chocolate chip. Both were delicious and soft but quite pricey for one cookie. It's a good place to stop by if you aren't driving because of its location. Also the service wasn't too great for me. I asked the server to warm my cookie and she burnt it (see photo), distracted using her phone but I still enjoyed my cookie and I had already left. Gourmand also has a 2hr seating limit and was quite packed on the Sunday I went, heads up!

The chocolate walnut cookies are priceless, 5 fat stars. However, i will never be able to have their iced drinks - iced coffee, peach iced tea, rhubarb ginger iced tea. All heavily diluted with 0 flavour. Ive tried many times hoping this time i’ll be wrong but it just feels like flavoured water. Highly suggest the staff reassess iced drinks, make them stronger!

I was a little underwhelmed honestly.after reading so many good reviews, I was so excited to go for brunch and try one of their cookies.my partner and I got the chilaquiles and the lemon ricotta pancakes, plus a cookie.the chilauiles weren't particularly exciting, but it was yummy, and the staff person double checked that the refried beans were vegetarian, which I really appreciated.the lemon ricotta pancakes were honestly meh.the pancakes were not particularly fresh, the lemon curd was quite thick and hard to spread. the yummiest part was the blueberry component and whipped cream, though unlike a picture from a few months ago, my 4 pancakes came all stacked together, so there wasn't as much of those toppings.I saved the cookie until a couple hours later, and while I love a crispy edge and a soft centre, my cookie was almost raw in the middle.overall, if you're in the neighborhood and other places are full, Le Gourmand would be a fine plan B, but it's not really worth going out of your way.

Beautiful Cafe. Pastries are all excellent from what I have tried all the croissants are great but the cookies are the star here and are spectacular. Super gooey and delicious. Pretty solid coffee too. Prices are about same as most coffee shops. Great atmosphere and descent spot for a sit down or take out.

Best Cafe/bakery I've ever been to.For a more bougee place the pricing was very reasonable and the food portions were great (and not even by just trying to fill you on carbs). And obviously the food and pastries were delicious. Drinks are pretty good also but not as impressive.Cute store with nice vibes and friendly staff!Highly recommend!

I'm just happy to try the best cookie! It's not too sweet and the chocolate is very good quality! Be back soon!
