Fast service as there was nobody else in the resturant, However the lady who was working was extremely rude and disrespectful.When she asked what I would like to order I explained to her I had just placed an online order and would like to wait in the resturant. She then proceeded to say that their seating was closed and me and my friend were not allowed to be seated while waiting.Maybe this worker was having a bad day as it was past 11PM but that does not call for comments under her breath and some rude remarks.Can't believe that this lady was hired as she is very unprofessional and displays awful customer service skills. Will not be going to this subway again.

Ordered 3 subs with coworkers from the app. All of them had multiple mistakes - veggies missing, veggies that weren’t supposed to be on them, not toasted, etc. It’s a new location, so it might be new staff, but how hard is it to follow along all laid out right on the receipt and order screen. I’ll be waiting in the long lineup to order in person and watch that the staff make my sub correctly next time.

Went to the Subway on Robie Street last night, it was a young girl working I didn’t get her name but she drives a white Honda usually does the night shifts. She was extremely rude, this is not the first time I’ve encountered her being just really rude slapping the sandwiches together, seems like she just really hates her job. I got Subway about twice a week, I literally avoid this location at all costs when she’s working even though I live down the street. I got to Spring Garden now.

Hire more staff. I shouldn't be next in line for 5+ mins without even being acknowledged while the only two staff make orders off a tablet. They were friendly but they're surely overworked.

online ordered two subs (one ham and one bmt) from here last night, and they forgot one of our subs in the uber eats bag. when we called, the first employee didn't understand what we were saying and passed us to his colleague. this guy, an employee named lester, also couldn't understand what we meant.ohh you got sent the wrong order?" no we're missing the ham sub

Sitting around minding my own buisness and watched some employee yelled out obscenities at a family with a small child. I would take your buisness elsewhere as these employees have worked there for months seemingly. Would not surprise me if one was a son of the owner or something getting away with that behavior.Take your business to the Subway further down the street near McDonalds. The ingredients taste better there as well.

Great place for lunch or dinner on the way home from work.Very friendly, fast & attentive employees.Can never complain about quality or quantity of my sandwiches. A+.

It is quite frustrating when all the staff speak a different language, both look at you, and you have no idea what is happening. Not pleasant. They also had 3 ppl working but only one was making subs the whole time the others were just talking laughing while the line started forming.
