Can't complain very good service haven't had phone fixed yet. They rushed it for me as they knew I was a reviewer even put a waterproofing coat on.What else separates these people from the others is honesty.Very good professional, honest service. Going to hopefully fix my phone tomorrow afternoon with them. I spoke with them through Facebook was very easy. Jean g. Helped me and was very nice.Will price match for anyone who is low income.

Fixed a laptop nobody else would even attempt to fix. Then I put in my nintendo switch for repair, and while the guy couldn’t fix it, he spent three days trying to, and then didn’t charge me for his time. They are incredibly kind here, and I would highly recommend this store. And if they couldn’t fix the switch, I doubt anybody can.

So I went in thinking I would need to replace the charging port for my phone. Then Gabriel went out if his way to see if it was just a cleaning. In the end that's all it was. Great service! Would definitely recommend them.

Went for a warranty repair and got told by Google support to go there. They refused to do any repairs and tried to upsell me a cleanup.Do not go there for warranty repairs of google products.

Same day repairs? Yes please. I broke my screen, brought it to these guys at 1pm, they returned my repaired phone at 3. Excellent service. Highly recommend these guys.

Very good service, my son shattered his screen on his tablet. I called them and they were able to give me a quote right on the phone. There was slight price difference from the original quote but they kept me in the loop the whole time. My kids tablet is good as new!

Great service as always! I previously went to the Merivale location, but I tried the new Gatineau location for the first time today. I brought 2 phones this morning after booking an online appointment, and they were both ready on the same day! Great service, great staff, no complaints here.

I got an excellent customer service from Jason and Salah. They helped me to choose the best quality for my two iphones. I brought my phones this morning and they were fixed in less than two hours. Im really happy with the quality of the screen, screen protector, new battery and the fast service that I got today. 100% recommended!!

Went to replace my screen Google pixel 6 Pro.. great service.. I recommend if you ever pass by there. If you need to replace your screen, go for it
